Real Estate Tax is now Law

This is for all of you that mighy be interested in selling or buying a home in the future!

It would have been nice if this were publicized BEFORE the vote. I

wonder what is in the rest of the 2700 pages that no one read....

 Sounds like escrow people will now be tax collectors.

Under the new health care bill - did you know that all real estate

transactions are subject to a 3.8% "Sales Tax"?

If you sell your $400,000 home, this will be a $15,200 tax.
